Haydes is the ruler of the Underworld and the founder and owner of ASAP IMAGINATION. He launched his first comic book title, Messiah, in 2020 and his newest titles include Dead of Knight, Whole, Purson, Points of Villainy and Points of Virtue. As a part of this comic book universe he created, he has also co-authored two anthologies, called Points of Villainy/Points of Virtue. All of these titles can be found at ASAP IMAGINATION.
Since founding ASAP IMAGINATION, Haydes has expanded the company to include two more platforms: The NE1 World, which is a creator-owned imprint and digital bookstore helping other creators bring their visions to life, and ASAP Minis, which is a children’s book imprint. Through The NE1 World, Hayden has spearheaded two charity anthologies, Perspectives (released in 2021) and Animaltronic (to be released in 2024). In 2023, Haydes launched the Global Indie Group as a way to help other creators network and easily find resources for their creative projects.
While Haydes is a lifelong lover of comic books, it’s impossible to be a father and a writer and not create a children’s book. Dad-tanian and the Muskerteenys and Bernard the Butterbear and his Bugbear Friends, are both available through ASAP Minis, with other Muskerteeny books to follow.
Above all else, Haydes loves spending time with his three kids and credits them for being his inspiration. He lives by the credo that dreams are more than a place to just visit in your sleep.
